In this module we'll look at everything you need to build trust with clients, including Client Experience, Equipment, Educating Couples as well as Setting Expectations, Pre-Wedding Preparation and Wedding Day Timelines.
Module 2
2nd Shooting
This module covers how to find good 2nd shooting opportunities, as well as conduct for being a good 2nd shooter, finding your own 2nd shooters, and briefing 2nd shooters for great teamwork.
Module 3
Engagement Shoots
We'll be looking at all aspects of engagement shoots and how they can benefit both you as well as your couples. Lessons include Briefing Your Couples, Creating a Story, and Posing for Engagement Shoots.

Performing Excellence

Wedding Day Tips + Tricks
Calling this 'Tips + Tricks' is hugely down-playing what an important and MEGA Module this is! It's so big it'll be taught over 2 weeks, and includes so much advice for every aspect of photographing a wedding day. This module will cover lots of ways to use Flash in your wedding photography. Lessons include On-Camera Flash, Bounce Flash, Direct Flash, as well as how to create my popular nighttime editorial-style couple photographs.
Module 8
Editing
Editing is a huge part of wedding photography, so I needed to include a module on Editing for you. We'll look at Previews (and how they can help grow your business!), Culling, Editing and Style Consistency, as well as my thought process with Full Galleries on what to include and why. Hi, I'm Natalie
I'm a worldwide award-winning Photographer, Educator and Mentor, based in Buckinghamshire near London and photographing wedding stories all over the UK as well as destination weddings abroad.
My background is in fashion photography with credits including Elle UK, Cosmopolitan, Vogue, and I've photographed celebrities such as Sir Ian McKellen, Dame Kelly Holmes, Dita Von Teese and artist Antony Gormley (one of my favourites!).
After graduating with BA Honours from my University photography degree, I worked for over 2 years as Studio Manager at ASOS.com.
Self-employed doing photography for almost 13 years now, I feel blessed to wake up every day doing something I love! To date I've photographed 328 weddings in locations including Paris, Hawaii, Iceland, NYC, Las Vegas, California, Santorini and Venice.
I've focused on building my wedding photography business to a high level and am honoured to have won many awards for my photography including the prestigious international Rangefinder's Rising Stars of Wedding Photography 2019, as well as being included in numerous Junebug Best of the Best Destination Collections, and named one of the Best Wedding Photographers to book in 2022, by ELLE UK.
I feel extremely thankful to have built and achieved all this, alongside bringing my son Danny up by myself as a single mum!
But it wasn't always this way...
I'm not going to sugar-coat it, it's been a LOT of hard work to get where I am today.
I got pregnant with my son Danny when I was 17 and had him at 18. He's now 22... so it's been many years of juggling and struggling, blood, sweat, and tears (so many tears!) and figuring out the best way to do things through trial and error. Did I mention there were tears?!
Even after being an established and experienced fashion photographer, I was surprised how different and hard it was being a wedding photographer - things move very fast, a lot of it is out of your control, and a lot of a wedding day is 'now or never' moments. I didn't really know what I was doing and had to figure out a lot of things by myself.
